CodeMesh should cost a fraction of what it saves you

The short answer

Every plan includes the editor extension, the sync daemon and the MCP connection, so the plan you pick decides how much you can index and how many people share it, not which features you get. In the published benchmark, 98 questions against openclaw consumed 95.1% fewer tokens, taking measured API spend from $23.67 to $1.65.

Put your own numbers in

The benchmark is one repository, one model and one agent, so the honest way to think about price is against your own usage rather than against our result. The calculator applies the benchmarked reduction only to the part of a bill that repository context actually accounts for, which is why its answer is smaller than the headline percentage.

If CodeMesh saves more in unnecessary context than the subscription costs, it pays for itself. That is the whole test, and it is worth doing before you buy rather than after.

Estimates are illustrative and show potential savings on eligible context/retrieval usage only, not your entire AI bill. Actual savings depend on model pricing, coding-agent behavior, repository size, task type and the proportion of usage attributable to code retrieval and context loading.

Bigger than a team

Two things change at that size: where your graph lives, and who you talk to when something needs arranging rather than clicking. Both are on the enterprise page.

Questions about the price

Does a plan limit which features I get?

No. The extension, the daemon and the MCP connection are on every plan, including Free. Plans differ by how much you can index and how many people share the organisation.

What happens when I upgrade in the middle of a month?

You are charged the new price less the unused part of what you already paid, worked out over the real number of days in that billing month, and the recurring amount becomes the new price from then on.

How does Team billing work when I invite someone halfway through the month?

Team is per seat. Inviting someone mid-cycle charges only for the days between the invite and your organisation's existing renewal date, so everyone stays on one anchor date rather than drifting onto separate ones. The recurring total then reflects the new seat count.

Will CodeMesh cut my whole AI bill by that percentage?

No, and any vendor telling you otherwise is describing a benchmark rather than your bill. The 95.1% figure is the reduction in tokens spent on repository context in the published run. It applies to the share of your usage that context retrieval accounts for, which is what the calculator above asks you for.
